Everything is walking distance. Ave. Juárez is a main street so it is nice and safe area. The Historic Center is amazing an full of things to visit or discover. You can just get out and walk and spend all day having good time at great cultural, culinary and shopping spots. There are wonderful colonial buildings, prehispanic settlements and modern architecture in the same area. You will soon discover that it is impossible to cover all that this area has to offer in one visit.
From the Airport to the appartment: 20 minutes by Taxi without traffic. 30 minutes by Metrobus: It goes directly from the Airport to the Hidalgo station, three blocks nearby the apartment.
There are three Metro stations at walking distance: Bellas Artes, Hidalgo and Juárez; Taxi stands on the street. Uber and Cabify could be other good options.
Bike rental stations 24/7 with your credit card in the EcoBici system option in front of the building.
Also you will find the Turibus: a double-decker red bus that makes a circuit in Centro Histórico or in other interesting neighborhoods mentioned above. To go to Pyramids of Teotihuacan the bus stop is at the same point.
